The new year is quickly approaching. I don’t know about you, but 2014 flew by. I definitely had a lot of ups and downs throughout the year, so as you can imagine, I am very much looking forward to 2015. Like most people, I have a lot of plans for how I will be improving myself over the course of the next year. Chicken Soup for the Soul – Reboot Your Life is a perfect read as we approach the new year.

Chicken Soup for the Soul – Reboot Your Life

I couldn’t think of a better book to read as I start to think about what I want to do, who I want to be and my goals for 2015. Similarly, like other Chicken Soup for the Soul books, Chicken Soup for the Soul: Reboot Your Life is filled with 101 stories about how you can find a new path to happiness! Consequently, a perfect read for the approaching new year!

The book is broken up into the following chapters:

  • Do It Now
  • Follow Your Heart
  • Take a Chance
  • Find Your Purpose
  • Start Over
  • Mind Your Health
  • Overcome Adversity
  • Listen to Your Friends
  • Take Time for You
  • Adjust Your Attitude

Reread that list one more time…can come up with a goal for 2015 for each of those chapters? I know I can! For instance, I especially like the chapter, Take Time for You. That is something I don’t do very often and it, at times, really takes a toll on me. My Writing Roller Coaster is a story in this chapter that completely resonated with me. I’ve written before about my love for creative writing and how I want to write a book someday…well my someday is here! 2015 is my year to finally achieve that goal.

What about you? What are your goals for 2015?
