One of my most favorite vegetables in the world is cauliflower. I literally could eat it ALL THE TIME. Not kidding. I make cauliflower rice, crust for pizza or I like to eat it raw with hummus. Since my family is always on the go, I am finding myself needing to cook meals that are quick and easy, but also healthy too. When I found out about the new Birds Eye® products at Meijer, I knew I had to try them out!
About the New Birds Eye® Products
The new Birds Eye® products are part of the Steamfresh® Flavor Full and Steamfresh® Protein Blend lines. For this particular campaign, I had my choice between the following products:

I’m anxious to try the buffalo cauliflower. I think it would make a great addition to dinner or even a yummy snack during the day! When I told my son that I was buying vegetables in the same kind of sauce as buffalo wings, he was all over it and has asked me several times since buying it, when we were going to make it! It must be good because my local Meijer was completely sold out of all of the new products I listed above. Luckily, I passed a few Meijer stores on my way home from my sons lacrosse game this weekend, so I was able to pick up what I needed!
