Valentine’s Day Crafts Round-Up

Valentine’s Day is coming up and I don’t know about your family, but ours love that holiday! My daughter gets excited about the Valentine’s she gets to hand out to her classmates. My son is in middle school, so like most middle school kids, I’m sure he will want to get something for a girl, even if they are just friends. I think it’s pretty sweet. Besides writing out Valentine’s, my daughter also enjoys making Valentine’s Day crafts. So in honor of my daughter, I put together this round-up of Valentine’s Day crafts that are easy and fun!

Each of these crafts are very different and have varying degrees of difficulty. However, with that said, I am pretty sure my daughter (10 years old) could make each and every one of these crafts!

This Valentine’s Day Rag Wreath is something my daughter would love to make! Not only would this look cute on the front door, but you could make one for different seasons and holidays by using different fabrics. This next craft is another one that my daughter would enjoy making and hanging all over our house! She loves anything and everything that has to do with making things out of paper. So 3D Paper Hearts are right up her ally (and I’m sure your kids…or even you, would enjoy making them too)! You can find the directions for this craft at Suburbia Unwrapped!

These bird seed hearts are my favorite Valentine’s Day crafts! We have a big tree in our backyard and I’d love to make some of these and hang them in the tree! I’m sure the many birds that are always in my yard tormenting my cat, would appreciate it! You can find the directions at Thrifty Jinxy.
