Keto Game Day Recipes
With any diet, planning is key. Like I said, I’ve been on the Keto diet for an entire year. In that time, I have lost over 80 lbs. I wouldn’t have lost that weight if I didn’t plan. I also never had a “cheat day” because with the Keto diet, you don’t need a cheat day! I’ve put together a round-up of recipes that you will love (and so will your non-Keto friends) that are perfect for your Game Day party!
Most Super Bowl watching parties that I’ve been to over the years have had chili. On any low carb diet, Keto included, chili is not exactly on plan. But that’s OK! This Chorizo Chicken Soup recipe will knock the socks off all your guests and no one will miss the chili!

I don’t know if the Keto Diet and I would get along longterm – I REALLY love my carbs! But I clicked through to the complete Chorizo Chicken Soup recipe and THAT I could do! I agree with what you said about planning, though, and I’m sure that is key. I think I might check this out – goodness knows I could stand to burn a little fat!

Having something Keto would be awesome. I mean, seriously. How can something so good, fatty and carb free be the way? I love it! I’ll be making Winnipeg GreenJeans Warm Spinach Salad, I think it’s pretty Keto. 5 Layer Keto Dip may be a winner too.

I can’t even tell you how much I appreciate your post. We’re hosting a get-together for the game. My brother and sister-in-law are coming and they too have been following a Keto diet for about a year. I’ve been scratching my head about things I can make that are keto friendly, but everyone else will also enjoy. Now it’s been decided and my grocery list at the ready, I’m going to make the Five-Layer Keto Dip and also serve it with the Pepperoni Chips. Yum! x
