2020 has been quite a year, hasn’t it? This year, for so many people, Thanksgiving will look a little different. I know that, for my little family of four, this is the first year that we are doing Thanksgiving just us. I’ve planned out a Keto friendly menu since my husband and I are following that lifestyle. Covid Thanksgiving
If anyone told me that we would be dealing with the coronavirus still in November, I would have told them they were nuts. Unfortunately, in Michigan, the coronavirus cases are worse now than they were back in March and April. Way worse. So, just like we did with Easter, we will be celebrating just us. Maybe we will Zoom with family at some point. While we won’t be with family, it doesn’t mean we can’t do some fun things we would have done had this been a normal year!

Dinnertime Fun
One of the things my kids look forward to every other year when we are at my in-laws for Thanksgiving dinner are the fun poppers we always have. Truth be told, my husband and I look forward to that too! After looking around Amazon, I found these fun holiday poppers. After Thanksgiving Dinner Fun
One of the things I really want to do on our Covid Thanksgiving is get our Christmas tree up. I love decorating for Christmas and it always upsets me when we get busy and don’t get the tree up until really late. If board games are your thing, a family game night, while Elf is playing, is also a fun way to spend the evening. Our family loves playing board games.
