Since I’ve been laid up because of my fourth (and final) knee surgery, I have watched a TON of television. The first thing I did was watch everything in my DVR. Once I cleared that out, I started watching ALL the shows on Netflix, Peacock, and HBO Max. if you are looking for something new to watch, then you came to the right place! Here is a list of all the shows you should be binge watching right now!

Shows You Should be Binge Watching
I have been laid up since the end of November. Not being able to put weight on my leg yet, really limits me in what I do during the day. Basically I sit on the couch, walk to the bathroom, and sit back on the couch. Fun times! As you can imagine, all the couch sitting leaves me open to watch a lot of television. If you have seen any of these shows, let me know what you think!
Netflix Binge Watching
Netflix is the main platform I stream my shows on. My personal favorite are the Netflix Original series. I think I’ve liked almost every single one I’ve watched! Here’s what I’ve been watching over the last six weeks.
- Emily in Paris
- Selling Sunset
- Selling Tampa
- Maid
- Grace and Frankie <– absolutely hysterical!
- Dare Me
- Never have I Ever
- Doctor Foster
- Imposters
Out of all the shows above, I think my favorites were Imposters, Grace and Frankie, and Never Have I Ever.
Binge Worthy Shows on Peacock
Growing up, one of my favorite television series was Saved by the Bell. I watched ALL of the different classes. When I saw that there was a new series for Saved by the Bell on Peacock and that my favorite people from the original series was on there, I had to watch it. It was delightfully cheesy and I can’t wait for season three to come out.
One of my favorite things is to watch TV shows or movies that are based on books I’ve read. Another series I watched on Peacock was, One of Us is Lying. This series is based off the book of the same name. A lot of times, the book is always better, and in this case, it is…sort of. I say it like that because I did prefer the book, but if I had only seen the series and not read the book, I would have liked the series just fine too. It’s definitely one you should check out.

Shows I am Waiting for the Next Season
If you haven’t watched The Servant on Apple TV, you need to! In fact, the newest season comes out on January 21st! It stars Rupert Grint. You will never look at him and see Ron Weasley again! Another show I am waiting on the edge of my seat to see the next season is The Morning Show, which is also on Apple TV. I’ve read that we should see the next season sometime in the fall of 2022. The show I am most excited for, that is coming out on February 4th, is the next season of Sweet Magnolias on Netflix. They left us with a really HUGE cliffhanger.
What Should I Watch Next?
Yesterday, I finished the last episode of Imposters. I am pretty disappointed there isn’t a third season. They totally ended the last episode, opening it up to continue. So now I am looking for another show to watch. Besides Netflix, Peacock, and Apple Tv, we also have Paramount+, and HBO Max. Let me know what I absolutely must be binge watching!
