Getting my kids to eat vegetables is difficult…unless it’s a green bean or salad with lots of ranch.  Other than that, they won’t eat vegetables.  Drives me crazy.  When Zachary was a toddler, he ate everything.  He especially  liked vegetables with minced onion and a tiny bit of garlic on it.
