I am trying to get back in the groove of making a weekly menu and following it. I got way off track over the holiday’s. Well they are gone, as you know, and my menu planning is back. Here is what we are having this week:
Monday: Boca Burgers (kids are having chicken nuggets)
Tuesday: Grilled chicken
Wednesday: Salsa Pork
Thursday: Grilled chicken with pasta noodles and sauce
Friday: Boca burger for me and Mac n Cheese for the kids (hubby out of town)
Saturday: Breakfast for dinner!
Sunday: Pizza and salad
I’ll have some sort of veggie and starch (potatoes, rice, corn, etc) to go with the meal…I usually figure that out as I am cooking dinner or just before.
