This week’s menu is a menu of convenience. Dan is out of town for work so elaborate meals…not gonna happen.

Monday: Boca Burger for me, spaghetti for the kids

Tuesday: Grilled Chicken with potatoes and green beans

Wednesday: Marinated pork chops with salad, carrots and rice

Thursday: Stir fry for Dan and I, chicken nuggets for the kids

Friday: I will be out of town…up to Dan

Saturday: I will be out of town…up to Dan

Sunday: I will be out of town…up to Dan
