Dove Go Fresh Review

One of my most favorite things to do is take a shower. I love standing in the hot water, thinking about nothing and everything all at the same time. I often say I do some of my best thinking in the shower. One thing that is a must with me is a great smelling body wash. I prefer liquid body wash over bars of soap because I one time heard that liquid body soap leaves less soap scum. I don’t know if it’s true and I do buy bars of soap and use them occasionally, but I primarily have great smelling liquid body wash in the shower.

One of my favorite brands is Dove. Especially their new Dove go fresh line that is out now. So when I was contacted about doing a review for Dove go fresh, I jumped at the opportunity! I was crossing my fingers that I would get to try out a kind I haven’t purchased before. When the box came, you could literally smell it through the cardboard box! It smelled so good. And while the scent was strong, it wasn’t one of those overpowering, headache inducing, smells that make you want to bang your head against the wall until your head stops feeling funny from the smell.

The scent I was given to try out was the Nectarine & White Ginger. Like the rest of Dove’s products, not only does this body wash smell nice, but it also washes off your skin well. I hate when you still feel slimy like you didn’t rinse all the soap off. I won’t name names, but there are body washes out there that leave your skin feeling worse than before you got in the shower. And let me tell you, Dove is not one of those brands!

Dove go fresh is sold at all major grocery stores and drug stores around the country. I’ve tried both the nectarine and white ginger, as well as, the cucumber and green tea. Both smell great!!
