This post brought to you by Pei Wei Asian Diner. All opinions are 100% mine.

Like most of the country, I made the New Years Resolution to get healthy by eating right and exercising. So far I’m doing pretty good. I’ve lost 30lbs and I feel great. One type of food I really like is Asian food. And the nice thing about my “diet” is that I can eat whatever I want…I just make sure to pick healthier options and Pei Wei makes that easy with their new, nationwide reFRESH menu! Explore the Pei Wei Asian Diner menu .

There is one menu option, the Thai Lime & Chile, that has my mouth watering. This dish is full of refreshing citrus flavors combined with spicy chilies. Guests choose their protein:

  • Chicken
  • Steak
  • Shrimp
  • Tofu

Their protein choice is wok-tossed in a Thai lime pinapple chili sauce with garlic, red onion, snap peas, Fresno chili peppers, cashews, bean sprouts, carrots, cucumbers and cilantro. Is your mouth watering?

The above dish is available as a regular or small wok’d entree size. It is served with white or brown rice and prices start at a very reasonable $6.39!

For those of you that would prefer a lighter option, you can try the Pei Wei Wok Roasted Vegetable Salad. This salad contains wok-roasted cauliflower, zucchini, carrots, green beans, scallions, assorted lettuce, Napa cabbage, cucumbers, and tomatoes. It is topped with sesame seeds, curry salt and it is all tossed in a miso vinaigrette.

Now I asked my husband what he would like out of their new menu items and he thinks this would be a delicious option…Ginger Orange Edamame. This dish contains steamed soy beans, orange peel, ginger, garlic and sea salt. It is combined with Szechuan Green Beans (his favorite)!

Run, don’t walk to your nearest Diner and try these new dishes! You can also Like Pei Wei on Facebook, Follow Pei Wei on Twitter and Follow Pei Wei on Pinterest for more information and to stay up to date on new menu items!
