When asked the questions “if you could have just one super power, what super power would you want to have?” I used to say that I wanted to be invisible. I thought it would be so great to be able to be places and no one know I am there. However, now that I am a super busy mom, the super power I would choose is the ability to stop time. You know, like Evie on Out of this World. Did you ever watch that show? I so badly wanted the hand chair that she had in her bedroom. I begged my parents for it. They never got it for me.
It took me 3 freaking hours today to make 3 dozen cupcakes and frost them to look like a beach scene. 3 hours. All the while my kids were little terrors running through the house, turning on water and making mud in the backyard, pouring mud on the poor dog…how great would it be to be able to touch my two pointer fingers together and have time freeze so I could have made those cupcakes in peace??
So…if YOU could choose any super power, what would it be??
You know my answer!! Just think of the sleep you could get if you could freeze time!! And exercise! And a clean house!
I am just like you…I always said be inadvisable, til I turned into a mom…and I cant believe you said what I now want….time freeze! I want to be able to freeze my son so I can get stuff done! *dreaming* lol
