Giving someone a gift is something I really enjoy doing. I love to watch their face as they open something up that I picked out for them. One person I very much enjoy buying gifts for is my husband. He has a few things he really likes and collects and I love finding one of those items for him! For example, he loves watches. Right before our wedding, he told me he wanted a pocket watch. I found him a nice one and bought it for him as a gift. It was very exciting to see him wear it at our wedding. I can’t even begin to tell you how many watches he has. About the Dover Ebony and Rosewood Watch
Besides the exquisite craftsmanship of the Dover Ebony and Rosewood watch, this watch features a sapphire crystal glass. The buckle is a deployment buckle with push buttons. Since my husband has rather large hands, I always check the size of the watch case to make sure it will not get lost on his hands. That will NOT happen with this watch! The case width is 41 mm.
Please note, the watch is hand finished and pretreated with tung oils. While it is splash-proof, you should not submerge the watch in water. If you need to clean it, lemon or orange oil extract is best for cleaning the natural wood.

I really wanted to give this watch to my husband because we have a few weddings coming up in the next few months, and I wanted him to have something nice to wear. I’m always going out and buying new things for weddings and he never says anything to me about what I am buying and he rarely gets himself something nice.
