The first month of 2011 is coming to an end…have you stuck to your New Year’s Resolutions? Like many people, one of my main goals is to eat better and lose weight. Usually I jump into this whole “eat better” thing by totally not allowing myself to eat certain foods. But let’s face it, you can only eat so much steamed veggies! But this year, I am doing things different. Variety is my motto.
