One thing that I am NEVER without in my house is yogurt. I’ll be honest, I’ve bought other brands before, especially when they are on sale, but the brand I am always going back to is Yoplait. Not only does it taste good, but they also are a great source of calcium, vitamin d and protein…something my very skinny 6 year old definitely needs more of.

Besides being loaded with calcium, vitamin d and protein, Yoplait Kids yogurt has no high fructose corn syrup, no artificial sweeteners, or artificial coloring…something that is very VERY important to me. I have a son with ADHD…artificial anything is not good for him (or my sanity). At around $2.00 for a 4 pack, Yoplait Kids yogurt makes a GREAT snack for school or addition in my sons lunch box. My daughter goes nuts when she sees the “Dora yogurt” in the fridge!
