One of my favorite times of year is just around the corner…Halloween.  I love asking my kids what they want to be.  Zachary usually wants to be someone from Star Wars…every year.  But with Bella, you never know what that child will choose.  Two years ago she wanted to be a hippo.  A hippo.  I thought it would be near impossible to find her a hippo costume.  But would you believe it…I found the costume?  Of course she changed her mind and ended up being a princess riding a unicorn (which was HILARIOUS!).

Isn’t she cute?!?

Like most kids, my really enjoy Halloween.  I won’t lie…their favorite part is getting candy from trick or treating, but they also love all the Halloween cartoons that are on during the month of October.  One show they really enjoy (and one I really liked when I was there age) is Garfield!  I remember watching Garfield as a child and reading the comic on Sunday mornings so it is really fun for me that they enjoy watching Garfield too!

I was asked if I would like to review a a kids movie and when I saw that Garfield was one of them, I knew I had to choose that one.  How could I not?  So the Garfield Show: Spooky Tails is what I chose.  We watched it the other day and they were mesmerized by the television.  I know it is one that we will watch over and over again.  Their favorite episode was when he was trying to decided the scariest costume because he knew that the scarier the costume, the more candy you get (so like Garfield, right?).  So he decides to mimic a wild cat from the zoo.  They LOVED that episode.

If you like Halloween and you are a Garfield fan, you’d definitely like the Garfield Show:  Spooky Tails.

Disclaimer:  I received a copy of the Garfield Show:  Spooky Tails for the purpose of this review.  I obviously like Garfield and so does my family, but you may have a different opinion and I am not responsible for that!
