Pirate’s Booty, a Great Game Day Snack!

We all know that Thanksgiving is the number one day where  people consume A LOT of food.  However, did you know that the Superbowl is a close runner up to that day?  5000 calories, on average are consumed on Superbowl Sunday…28 million pounds of potato chips are consumed.  That’s crazy!  But totally  believable.  Every Superbowl party I have ever been to has always had chips and dip (among other yummy foods).

This year, rather than having chips and dip, potato skins and other really high calorie foods, replace it with much healthier options like veggies and dip, hummus and pita chips, and Pirates Booty.  Not only will you feel better at the end of the day, but your waist line will thank you too!  Pirates Booty is an excellent baked puffed rice and corn snack that has only 130 calories per serving and it is gluten and trans fat free!

Score points with the home team this Big Game day by serving a family favorite – Pirate’s Booty!  This year, intercept regular chips with a healthier alternative like Pirate’s Booty, which has half the fat and less calories (130 calories for a one ounce serving) than greasy fried potato chips.  Pirate’s Booty is a deliciously baked, all-natural snack made from puffed rice and corn.  Pirate’s Booty is also trans-fat and gluten free and…fun!

Pirate’s Booty comes in a great variety of flavors like Aged White Cheddar.  Enter to win one case (12 four-ounce bags) of Pirate’s Booty Aged White Cheddar for your Big Game Day party!

My family and I had the opportunity to try out the White Cheddar Pirate’s Booty and it was delicious!  My daughter loved it…my son, not so much, but you can’t go by him.  He’s rather particular about food and if it’s new…he doesn’t tend to like it until he’s tried it several times.  You know how when you are feeding baby food to a baby for the first time and they say that it takes a bunch of times before the baby will like it…Zack never outgrew that! What I liked best about Pirates Booty is that it tastes very similar to popcorn, but it’s not greasy and there nothing to get stuck in your teeth!

One lucky winner will win an entire CASE of Pirates Booty (that’s 12 four ounce bags!) for their big game day party!!  Read below for details on how you can win.  This will be a quickie contest so the winner can get their shipment in time!
