Every year I make a resolution and sometimes I stick to it, but more times that not…I don’t. But this year is different. My health is my goal. A couple years ago I found out I was diabetic. I immediately went on the “Diabetic diet” and lost 50 lbs. I gained a bit back while I was working a desk job, but now I am even more motivated than ever to lose weight and get healthy.
