The Year to get Healthy with Krill Oil

Every year I make a resolution and sometimes I stick to it, but more times that not…I don’t.  But this year is different.  My health is my goal.  A couple years ago I found out I was diabetic.  I immediately went on the “Diabetic diet” and lost 50 lbs.  I gained a bit back while I was working a desk job, but now I am even more motivated than ever to lose weight and get healthy.  Right now my husband and I are starting to eat a Paleo diet.  I’m hoping that by eating healthier and exercising, then I can stop taking my cholesterol and diabetic medications. I’ve also added Krill Oil to my daily routine.

About six months I posted a review of the Antarctic Krill Oil by Everest Nutrition.  This Krill Oil is 100% cold pressed which means it does not give you that fishy smell or fishy burps.  There are a number of reasons as to why you should be taking Krill Oil.  The top seven are:

  1. Cardiovascular Health
  2. Cholesterol Levels
  3. PMS Symptoms
  4. Inflammation
  5. Brain Function
  6. Anti-Aging
  7. Overall Healthy

Just knowing that I am on cholesterol and diabetic medication, a person like me (with my doctors recommendation) should definitely add Antarctic Krill Oil into my daily regime…and I do!  But guess what…you can too!  Two lucky winners will receive a bottle!

Be sure to leave me a comment and let me know if you added this to your daily routine and how much you like it. Also, be sure to tell me what other tips you have for getting healthier this year. I am always looking for new things to add to my daily routine. Good luck your your health finding journey this year.

**I received no compensation for this post.  This is simply a giveaway for my readers!
