The last few weeks, I have cooked more than I’ve cooked in a long time. With as busy as our schedules once were, cooking was not something I really had time for. Now I have all the time in the world. One of my favorite things to cook is sheet pan chicken meals. They are quick and easy to throw together. Just throw in the oven and you have a complete meal 30 or 40 minutes later! Since I am trying to make different things each night (with the exception of the egg roll in a bowl meal. We love that), I decided to grab stuff off my pantry shelves and go from there. This pantry inspired paprika chicken was a hit!

Paprika Chicken with Parmesan
Absolutely delicious and flavorful recipe for paprika chicken with Parmesan.
Ingredients
- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 2 1/4 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 TBSP Avocado Oil
- 2 TBSP Smoked Paprika
- 3 Garlic Cloves minced
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Choice of veggies and/or Potatoes
Instructions
-
Preheat your oven to 425°. Prepare your large baking pan with sides with aluminum foil (makes for easier cleanup).
-
Salt and pepper both sides of each of the chicken breasts and place them on the baking sheet. Cut up whatever veggies and potatoes you would like, and place them on the baking sheet around the chicken.
-
In a small bowl or two cup measuring cup, mix your avocado oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
-
Pour the mixture over the chicken and veggies. Next sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken and veggies. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Be sure to check that the internal temperature of your chicken is 165°.
Paprika Chicken
I’ve seen a lot of marinades on the internet that use apple cider vinegar. Until now, I’ve been a bit hesitant to use it. The smell of apple cider vinegar is a bit strong to me, but I decided to give it a try. Mixed with all of the the spices, it was delicious! I will definitely be trying it in other marinades from here on out!

This was probably one of my favorite chicken recipes. Even the kids liked the paprika chicken! I opted to cut up potatoes, brussel sprouts, and bell peppers. It was excellent! If you haven’t made any sheet pan dinners yet, hop on it! They are so easy to throw together and like I said earlier, your entire meal is just done. All you need to do is plate everything and eat it!
