Christmas cookies are my absolute favorite thing EVER! More specifically, Christmas sugar cookies are my favorite. Gluten Free Christmas Cookies
Every year, I make a big platter of gluten free Christmas cookies. And every year, the plate is almost emptied. Not a single person that eats the gluten free cookies even realizes that they are gluten free. I like that. A lot. I think that there are a lot of misconceptions about gluten free food. The first one being that the food tastes gross. One of the family favorites that I make, that get devoured first, are my chocolate oatmeal cookies. Not really a Christmas cookie, but that doesn’t stop me from making them!
