Zero Keto Cheats for 365 Days
The very first time my husband and I did Keto, we very rarely, if ever cheated. We both had amazing results. I had lost close to 90 pounds, and my husband lost 125 pounds. Our weight loss transformation was amazing.

Covid Weight Gain
During our main Covid quarantine, I did what a lot of people did. I baked, baked, and baked some more. It was during that time that my husband and I decided to give Weight Watchers a whirl. I know that program is successful for a lot of people, but for us, it was not. The only diet or “lifestyle change” that worked for us was Keto. So we decided to make our way back to it. It was then that I decided to make a goal for myself for 2021 to dedicate that year to zero Keto cheats. So far I am one month in and 100% successful on my goal!
Keyto Breath Sensor

How Does it Work?
This is probably the easiest thing in the world to use. Simply turn it on, sync it with your app, and allow it to warm up. Once you are given the OK from the app, exhale into the device, making sure to completely blow all your air out until your lungs are empty. This device is measuring the level of acetone in your breath, which will then tell it what level of Ketosis you are in. I first used this one week into restarting Keto. So I was very interested to see if I was even in Ketosis yet. I was!
