For years now, I have been on a quest to get healthier. A few years ago, I successfully lost 90 pounds by following the Keto diet. What are GoFiltr water filters?

How do you know when to Change the filter?
So my biggest question was, “how will I know when to change the filter?”. Of course, they thought of it all. With the GoFiltr app, you simply let the app know that you have a new filter in your bottle and it will notify you when it’s time to change it. Seriously…it’s that easy! My water bottle is 32 ounces and I said that I would refill it once a day. The app said I will need to change my filter in 90 days.
My Thoughts
I love it! The bottle is awesome. Both of my kids wanted to steal my “fake Hydro Flask”. I had to put up with my son following me around saying, “ssk ssk” over and over again. But I don’t even care! The bottle is great. It keeps my water ice cold all day and night. I cannot stand room temp water. My water needs to be ice cold and this bottle delivers. Besides being ice cold, it also tastes great. I currently have the Alkaline Mg water filter in my bottle. My goal is to drink more water and less Diet Coke. I think this bottle and the filters will help me achieve that goal.
