Christmas cookies are my absolute favorite thing EVER! More specifically, Christmas sugar cookies are my favorite. Cut-out cookies are good because they usually have icing (who doesn’t love the icing?), but the chewy sugar cookies are the ones I really like. Being gluten free, I wanted to pull together a list of the best gluten free Christmas cookies for you!

Gluten Free Christmas Cookies
Every year, I make a big platter of gluten free Christmas cookies. And every year, the plate is almost emptied. Not a single person that eats the gluten free cookies even realizes that they are gluten free. I like that. A lot. I think that there are a lot of misconceptions about gluten free food. The first one being that the food tastes gross. One of the family favorites that I make, that get devoured first, are my chocolate oatmeal cookies. Not really a Christmas cookie, but that doesn’t stop me from making them!

Below are a list of the best gluten free Christmas cookies. It doesn’t matter what reason you are making the cookies for, these are the best. Since Christmas may look a little different this year, besides making cookies for your home, you can still enjoy the season and make cookies for friends and family. I know I will be making some cookies for my husbands grammy that lives in an independent living facility. She loves my chocolate oatmeal cookies.
