It’s the end of the Listerine 21 Day Challenge and I am happy to announce that I have seem TREMENDOUS results. I mentioned in my first post that I have very poor oral care. My dentist, in the past, has had me in every four months. I just went in for a check-up a week ago and they were very impressed with my gums and how my teeth looked! So much so, I can go back to every six month cleanings!
Throughout the challenge I used the following products twice a day:
- Listerine Fluoride Anti-cavity toothpaste
- Reach Total Care floss
- Listerine Ultra Clean mouthwash
I would love to say that before this challenge I was a huge flosser, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Really…if I was being honest, I was an amazing flosser for about two weeks leading up to a dentist appointment and that’s about it. I know. So bad. But now…I floss MULTIPLE times a day. I can’t get enough of it and the Reach Total Care floss is amazing. I just love how great my teeth feel after using this floss.
It was difficult at first. Mainly because I’m a routine person and I don’t like change. So to add a little extra to my routine…it took me a bit to get used to it. But now, I can’t remember when I didn’t use floss and mouthwash every single day and TWICE a day! What I liked most about the Listerine 21 Day Challenge is the fact that it got my kids excited about flossing and rinsing with mouthwash. They cannot leave for school unless they’ve swished with their mouthwash! I love it! I don’t want my kids to have the same oral care issues that I’ve always had.
