This past weekend, we celebrated Orthodox Easter. It was different than how we have celebrated in past years, but we made the most of it. Like many families, we dyed Easter eggs. Lots of eggs! Everyone in the house (but me) love hardboiled eggs. My husband really likes egg salad sandwiches. Since we are both on Weight Watchers, I wanted to make him a WW friendly egg salad sandwich. I succeeded! If you would like a healthier version of a oldie, but goodie, then give this a try!

WW Friendly Egg Salad Recipe
Do you follow the Weight Watchers lifestyle? Both my husband and I are on WW and on the blue plan. Today my husband mentioned that he wanted to make an egg salad sandwich. Since I have made it my mission during this entire quarantine period to try and keep us both on plan (as much as possible), I decided to make him a zero points, WW friendly egg salad sandwich. He gave it two thumbs up!

Not Your Traditional Egg Salad
One thing about my husband is that he is very honest. If he didn’t like how something tastes, he will tell me. I could tell that when I told him I was going to use fat free Greek yogurt instead of mayo, he was a little apprehensive about that one. However, he liked it a lot and even ate two sandwiches on his favorite gluten free rye bread that we get at a local bakery. I was happy I was able to make a great tasting, WW friendly egg salad recipe that was zero points so he can enjoy using his points for the bread!
