My absolute FAVORITE thing in the world is peppermint bark. The other day I was at Sam’s Club and they were sampling peppermint bark and I was in heaven! A few years ago I made a Peppermint Bark Brownie Cheesecake and it was a crowd pleaser! Since Sam’s Club (and other stores) are starting to sell peppermint bark, then it is only appropriate to that you all should make this peppermint brownie bark dessert this holiday season!

Perfect for the Holidays
This year I am hosting Thanksgiving. I don’t know what we are doing for Christmas, but the one thing I do know is that this dessert will be at each gathering, front and center. Mine will be gluten free, since I have to eat gluten free.
