Tonight I made probably the best dinner I’ve made in a long time. Pork chops are one of my husbands favorite things. During the early weeks of quarantine, I tried to perfect my boneless pork chop recipe. I, personally, was never a fan of the dish. However, it was because I was cooking it all wrong. This evening I decided to make Keto breaded pork chops for dinner and they were amazing!

Do You Have a Cast Iron Pan?
One thing that has really taken my cooking up a notch is a cast iron skillet. Since I got one for Christmas last year, it has literally been best thing in my kitchen. Every single thing I’ve ever made in it has been excellent. I use it about three times a week. In other words, I’m seriously telling you that you must get one. Above all, Lodge is the brand to get.
Breaded Pork Chop Keto Recipe
Low carb breaded pork chop recipe that is Keto friendly.
Ingredients
- 6 Boneless Pork Loin Chops thick cut
- 1 TBSP Avocado Oil
- 1 Large Egg beaten
- 1/2 Cup Paleo Powder Almond + Pink Breadless Breading
Instructions

Place your tablespoon of avocado oil in your cast iron skillet and heat on medium heat. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

Pour the Paleo Powder Almond + Pink Breadless Breading in a shallow bowl and place the beaten egg in another shallow bowl.

Dip each pork chop in the egg and then in the Paleo Powder. Make sure to coat each side evenly.

Once all six pork chops are coated with the Paleo Powder, place in your cast iron skillet and sear for two minutes on each side.

Place your cast iron skillet in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Be sure to flip the pork chops half way through.

Above all, the Paleo Powder Almond + Pink Breadless Breading is amazing. Most importantly, if you are following a low carb diet, Keto, or just want a breadless option, then you must try this! I almost didn’t buy it, but I am so glad I did. It is, hands down, the best Keto “breading” I have ever had. The first time I used the Paleo Powder was on chicken breasts. As a result, however, they were good, but nothing compared to the breaded pork chops!
