I’m not going to lie…one of my favorite things EVER is cookie dough. Before Keto, I used to make cookie dough, not because I cared about baking the cookies in the oven (though, these Rolo stuffed cookies are my kids favorite), but because I wanted to eat insane amounts of raw cookie dough. Now that I have been successfully following the Keto diet for almost two years now, I no longer eat cookie dough or have the urge to. However, there are times when I need to get some extra fat in at the end of the day (or I just want a little treat) so I make these delicious peanut butter cookie dough fat bombs!

Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Fat Bombs
Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Salted Butter
- 1/2 Cup Sunbutter
or Peanut Butter (I prefer Sunbutter)
- 1/3 Cup Swerve Sweetener
or Stevia
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
- Set your cream cheese and butter out and allow it to come to room temperature (trust me…don’t skip this step).
- Combine all of your ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly with your hand mixer (I like this mixer
and it’s on sale!).
- Once your peanut butter cookie dough is mixed up, spoon it into your favorite silicone mold.
- Place in your freezer for at least 1 hour to allow it to set. You can keep them in the mold and take them out as you need one or store them in a small container in your freezer.

That sounds so good! Who says you can’t have cookie on keto? Om nom nom.
Wow this recipe looks ridiculously easy to make! And delicious too! I can’t wait to try this recipe out with my kids this weekend!
Yum! I’ve made these before, but also added chocolate chips (lilys) that are sweetened with stevia because I’m a chocolate addict lol
I’ve not found Stevia chocolate chips before. I’ll have to see if Trader Joes has them. The addition of chocolate would be amazing!
Wow so few ingredients too! Love this recipe! I admit though I am tempted to make the Rollo cookies too! LOVE Rollo!!
Definitely make the Rolo cookies! So yummy!
Those look so delicious!!! I love cookie dough and when you combine it with peanut butter!
Peanut butter is my weakness!
This is a neat idea! I am not too familiar with Keto foods, but this sounds delicious. Of course cookie dough without having to worry about raw eggs is pretty awesome!
They are so good!
I couldn’t make these because I would eat them ALLLLLLL in one sitting, hahaha!
You really wouldn’t! They have just the right amount of “sweetness” that one is plenty!
This sounds really delicious. I love how easy the recipe sounds. I will be trying these this weekend with my son. Thanks for sharing!
I think these cookies sound amazing, leto or not! LOL! I need to make these for myself!!
I’ve never tried Keto before bit I’ve heard hood things about it. I like these treats though, they’re healthy and filling without the guilt.
These sound great. I’ve always wanted to try out the keto diet as well. I will have to make these and give them a try.
Be sure to check out the other info I have on the Keto diet and feel free to ask me any questions you want. I’m here to help.
These sound so yummy! I need to try this recipe
I would never ever have thought of doing this. My grandkids (and husband) will love these. They could even help make them.
That sounds just perfect! I love cookie dough! That’s one of my guilty pleasures lol
How many carbs, protein etc are in these?
It is best to put the recipe using the ingredients you are using in My Fitness Pal to get the correct macros. I’ve learned to do that with recipes I find online because the info they give is correct for the ingredients they use, and the amount they get from a recipe.
