I have been using the Slim and Trim combo that I sell through Plexus. It’s been an amazing journey with this product. So much so, I was able to get my husband to jump on board. One thing that makes any new lifestyle plan easier is meal prepping and planning. Especially when you are trying to make sure you get enough protein in each day. I created this meal planner printable to have something to stick to the side of my fridge or slide into a drawer so I know what I am making each day. If it’s a particularly good meal plan week, I will slide this meal planner printable into a plastic sleeve that I have 9000 of and stick it in a binder. This way, I can pull a plan out if I forget to meal plan (or don’t feel like it)!

Meal Planning Tips and Tricks
I have a handful of cookbooks that I love to use. When I make a recipe in it and we really like it, I put a tab (these are my favorite tabs) on the side of the page so I know it’s a favorite recipe. This helps me when I am meal planning. Sure I could just write down tacos on Tuesday or chicken on Thursday, but I really like making stuff from a recipe. So, when I am filling out my meal planner printable, I will write down the recipe name, the cookbook, and the page number. If I am making a recipe that I found on a website, there is typically a print recipe option. I print the recipe and attach it to that weeks meal planner printable!

Printing Your Meal Planner Printable
At the beginning of this post, I have the image of the meal planner printable that you can save to your phone and edit it that way, if you choose. For those of you like me that would like to print it out, use fun colored pens (I’m loving these pens lately), and save them in plastic sleeves to reuse later, you can use this meal planner printable.
